Riya Chatterjee
Founder & CEO
A professionally trained Advanced Hindustani Classical vocalist, Riya brings years of rigorous musical training and stage experience to her work—as both a performer and an educator. Her deep grounding in classical music, guided by renowned gurus, allows her to explore and share the profound beauty of ragas with authenticity and soul.
In parallel, Riya has also cultivated a strong foundation in Bollywood film music, enabling her to seamlessly blend classical depth with the popular vibrance of cinematic soundscapes. This dual expertise gives her a unique artistic voice—one that honors tradition while embracing contemporary expression.
As CEO, Riya leads with vision and purpose. She has created a platform where aspiring musicians can learn, grow, and find their voice—whether they are diving deep into the discipline of Hindustani Classical or exploring the expressive flair of Bollywood music. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes both technical mastery and emotional connection, empowering students to become confident, versatile performers.
With every note she sings and every class she leads, Riya Chatterjee continues her mission: to nurture a new generation of artists and keep the timeless spirit of Indian music alive and evolving.
Surit Ray
Co- Founder & COO
Surit Ray brings a unique blend of technical depth, finance and business strategy to the heart of the organisation. With a B.Tech in Computer Science and an MBA in Core Finance, Surit stands at the intersection of innovation, security, and enterprise leadership.
With over several years of experience working with global MNCs, Surit has led cutting-edge projects as a Senior Software Developer and Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, building secure, scalable systems and protecting digital ecosystems for Fortune 500 companies. His ability to translate complex technology into impactful business outcomes makes him the operational backbone of the venture.
At the core of his leadership is a passion for structure, precision, and sustainable growth. Whether it’s optimizing workflows, designing tech infrastructure, or aligning business vision with execution, Surit ensures everything runs not just smoothly—but smartly.

Tarit Roy
Chief Finance Officer
Tarit Roy brings over 35 years of financial leadership to the team, serving as the Chief Financial Officer with unmatched depth in cost management, strategic budgeting, and public sector finance. A qualified Cost Accountant from ICWAI, Tarit has dedicated his career to shaping financial systems at scale.
He retired as a Deputy General Manager (Finance) from Northern Coalfields Limited, a key subsidiary of Coal India Limited, where he played a vital role in overseeing complex financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance across one of India’s largest public sector enterprises.
Known for his integrity, precision, and deep understanding of cost structures, Tarit now channels his decades of experience into building financially sound, growth-ready frameworks for the organization. His strategic insight and steady guidance make him the financial compass at the core of our leadership team.
