How our Hiring Process Works?

1. Application & Resume Screening

What happens: Candidates submit applications and resumes.
Goal: Recruiters screen for basic qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
Tools used: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), manual resume review.

2. Initial Interview

What happens: A recruiter or hiring manager conducts a phone or video interview.
Goal: Assess communication skills, cultural fit, and clarify resume details.
Topics covered: Background, motivation, availability, and salary expectations.

3. In-Depth Interviews / Assessments

What happens: One or more interviews with the team, manager, or panel.
Goal: Evaluate technical skills, problem-solving, and role fit.
May include: Technical tests, case studies, portfolio reviews, or behavioral interviews.
