How our Hiring Process Works?

We are hiring
1. Application & Resume Screening
  • What happens: Candidates submit applications and resumes.

  • Goal: Recruiters screen for basic qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

2. Initial Interview

3. In-Depth Interviews / Assessments
  • What happens: One or more interviews with the team, manager, or panel.

  • Goal: Evaluate technical skills, problem-solving, and role fit.

  • May include: Technical tests, case studies, portfolio reviews, or behavioral interviews.

4. Final Decision & Offer
  • What happens: The hiring team reviews feedback and makes a decision.
